In secret proceedings your neighbors, clergymen and friends tell your darkest secrets to God’s Dogs who are compiling a case against you. A case not of evidence, but of gossip, rumor and jealousy. You get summoned before the inquisition and put to the tests, both mental and physical and when you are finished, a great fire is started. And that is the story of you.
Let’s look at the inquisition through a lens of the rights of the people, or the lack of peoples rights and examine the good and the bad that the orthodoxy has done.
