it's been a long time since I left you without a podcast to listen to...but ManUp is back! 

In the midst of this pandemic there is quarentines and lock downs, Social distancing and make shift field hospitals constant reports of death flooding the television and our timelines.

With all of what s going on its not surprising to hear about the mental strain that some are going through but its the mental strain that we dont hear about that should concern us more.
