Some mental health experts are warning of a "pandemic within the pandemic," meaning a mental health pandemic. It's increased anxiety, increased depression that grows from decreased social interaction, increased grief, increased fear, etc. During this time there has been an increase in seeking mental health, but we don't have enough mental health providers in this country, which leads to burn out for therapists. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson needed insight from her guests on A Woman's View on this topic.
