We investigated the consideration of leaders in doing business and then found that the term mental states are on top of challenges. You might hear about mental health as a trending debate recently in Western countries, while Harry and Megan reveal their current health issues.  

So, why mental health attracts much attention in society? The reason comes from the fact that all of us also suffer from at least one mental issue.  

Back to the business context, their decision is influenced directly or indirectly by their bias and feeling at the time of making. Without guidelines and mentors, we will be stuck with what our minds tell us. Unfortunately, we sometimes cannot face our own limitations.
