It's episode 13, and in this week's episode Dave and Jess sit down to enjoy The Menu, which is streaming on HBOMax.  Much like the cuisine featured in its story, this film proves to be a complex arrangement of ingredients presented in a visually stimulating plating.  Do the ingredients successfully compliment each other?  Or does the pairing of comedy, suspense, and drama become muddled and flavorless?  

The couple does their best cooking show impression as they discuss the crazy weekend that led to them going sans cocktail for this week's episode.  They also give a shoutout to Majestic Theaters in Phoenix, discuss Jess's subscription to the Postino Wine Cult, and Jess reveals her love of actress Judith Light.
