Growing up in structured China, Christina’s family put her in charge of managing the household at an early age - setting her up for success in leadership. As an adult, she paved the way for global success for SpinifexIT.

With her engineering mind, she was able to identify the growing pains of a growing company, and truly understood what was necessary to help a company grow. She learned managing the ambition that they had as a company, versus the resources they had available.

At SpinifexIT, Christina built the Accounting and Taxation, FP&A and HR teams from the ground up - resulting in the exponential growth of the company.
