Toxic positivity tells us to ignore struggles, slap on a smile, and hope for the best. But real growth? It comes from grit, resilience, and facing the hard stuff head-on. Just like a seed has to break through the dirt to grow, or an athlete has to put in the gruelling miles before a marathon, there’s no shortcut to strength.
