This episode gives you the insight of how I let ONE negative comment about this podcast upset me, despite all of the numerous positive comments I've received.  I relate it to Jamie Kern Lima's book "Believe It", where she describes how just ONE negative email out of thousands can leave her feeling upset.  But, she also explains that how "We all have a microphone that we control in our lives. And we get to choose the people we hand that microphone to...." 

We need to take inventory of who we are giving the microphone of our lives to and how loudly we let them speak.
