Tyler was a navy corpsman along side the marines with several tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. just days before the end of his third deployment in 2010 his armor truck struck a IED which lead to the loss of both his lower legs. when life got to which some would call its worst it didn't stop Tyler. after recovery he decided to pick up his old passion of snowboarding. shortly after he found him self racing and eventually competed in the Olympic games. his story is of a true hero and a real inspiration. i hope you all enjoy his story as much as i did.
