J. Cole's new video to his song "Middle Child" has so many powerful messages for the person who feels like the middle child in their life and/or business. Just because you do not move as loudly as the rest of the world does not mean you are not great. When the noise fades you'll still remain. I'd rather be the bridge that evokes change than the noise that fades away eventually.
