The Hebrew people looked forward to the promised Messiah- the Anointed One of God. The prophecies foretelling His coming were precisely fulfilled in the first coming of the one we call Jesus. His return has also been foretold. The signs of His return have also been foretold. God's people must remain watchful, the signs are being fulfilled. He IS coming.
