The Mike Ambassador Bruny Show

In this episode I talk about Partnership. I talk about the idea of finding someone who has the same focus on helping black professionals move forward both at work and in life. If you know someone that fits the bill I asked that you connect us.

This ends this season of my walk and talks. I’ll see you next time where I will have more of a focus.

Today I share what I learned from the podcast 1619 in particular this episode or the last two episodes to be precise was about black farmers

Good morning to you. I got 2 miles in today and on my mind is reconnection. How do you do it after not having been in touch with someone for a long time? I say it starts with being honest with the person you are looking to connect with and being honest that there is a chance that the person may not want to reconnect after so much time has pasted. That’s ok, keep it movin’.

Good morning. Just finished my walk and I’m hiding in the closet so my family doesn’t find me. Today I want to talk about Faith and something I heard while watching “The Crown,” with my wife. Oh, and it just happens to be Good Friday when I’m recording this (nope, it wasn’t planned that way).

What’s possible?

Listen in as I talk about external things you may face that don’t have anything to do with you personally and how to keep things moving.

Today I talk about respecting the work we do. Listen in and find out what brought this to mind.

Today I have a question for you. What do you do to get yourself moving when you don’t “feel” like it?

I wasn’t sure what I was going to share today until my son came out and told me I can only “play,” in the driveway. It reminded me about constraints and that’s what I share in this episode. They can actually be liberating.
