The heaviest burden I carry from my deconstruction is not the memories of those who hurt me, but the reality of facing who I hurt in the name of god.

Fundamental christianity offers a clear set of rules and regulations, and while they may be toxic and harmful, they are predictable and solid.  This is the appeal of religious systems to our brains.  And sometimes, I really miss being told exactly what to think and do.  Listen in for more.
