A self-therapy podcast where I look back at experiences I’ve had in my life and analyze their impact on me, how I came to that conclusion, and what actionable things I can do to make myself better or unlearn bad habits that were created. Together we can figure out how to fix ourselves by dissecting impactful events and learning from my experiences. We’re all humans and we all learn in different ways. Topics will include work, death, passions, entrepreneurship, business, hustle, games, parents, and much more.
