We talk a bit about how we are conditioned into perceiving our bodies in different ways and how this can lead to insecurities. Then, we practice an acceptance and self-love meditation to release resistance and tension from different parts of the body and to focus on affirmations that ground us back into remembering we are whole, worthy, enough and beautiful just as we are.
