Hi, my babies 🥰 Happy MamMaJ Monday. I have an exciting new guided meditation for you all to try. This guided meditation is all about focusing on our breathing 😤 to slow our heart rate down and get us in control of our own bodies 🧘🏾‍♀️ This is a meditation practice I will bring to the pod as often as possible so get used to it!
