Sharing the highlights from the "trending topics" with my clients these days: getting great at video conferences, business development, and learning to celebrate along the way!
The conversation I've had most in the last few weeks, with my clients and students and online community, is about business development, the ability and agility to grow one's business during these times when people are out of business and out of work and out of patience and out of money and a little bit out of our minds because of all of this uncertainty.
People have been asking me, how do I ask for money? How do I ask for business in this crazy time? So what we're talking about on this week's podcast is how to create a predictable sales process that supports all sides of the sales "equation," in good times and bad (whether or not you exchange any money!).
For those who would like to learn my mindful sales process, email me at [email protected], and I'll tell you how to join the conversation!
How to find the mantras, sacred spaces, and spiritual connection to help us grow in love and usefulness, now and for the future.

Leadership doesn't have to be so hard. It doesn't have to be so lonely. It doesn't have to be all on your shoulders. It doesn't have to be all up to you, and in this episode, we explore the mindset and methods for leveraging the experiences and resources that are all around you, so you can have more impact, faster, and with greater ease.
This episode is about executive presence, which is known by a lot of things: How you carry yourself, how you command a room, how you take your seat at the table...gravitas.
Some leaders may be born with full on "suave and swagger," but I would say that confident, distinctive leadership happens for those who make the shift of carrying themselves with the certainty and confidence that comes from seeing their unique spirit and brilliance in the same beautiful, strong light that they see their expertise and skills.
You don't need to be more disciplined, not in the sense of continuing to muscle your way to the things you think you should be disciplined about, like working out and organizing your calendar, managing people and expectations and projects, especially when you take an old mindset to these tasks to prove that you are disciplined—there's such effort in that. That's just exhausting.
Instead, let's talk about being aligned, dedicated, and practiced.
