Patience has been one of my greatest teachers, especially in the last few years. The ability to sit and be more conscious of not trying to control a specific outcome is a daily practice.
Leaning into the fears of the unknown is part of a spiritual practice but if you practice sitting quietly and remove the fluctuations of rampant thoughts and fears, you’ll find the seat of patience.
