Patience has been one of my greatest teachers, especially in the last few years. The ability to sit and be more conscious of not trying to control a specific outcome is a daily practice.
Leaning into the fears of the unknown is part of a spiritual practice but if you practice sitting quietly and remove the fluctuations of rampant thoughts and fears, you’ll find the seat of patience.
This Mindful Minute briefly explains the three things we should never rush. Inspired by a quote read this week, never rush your Childhood, your Grief and your Becoming.
