The next few weeks will be filled with multiple news stories about Joe Biden and the progressive agenda that he will be pushing with legislation and executive orders. Before that begins, Jared decides to take a deeper look at recent statements by AOC.
In a recent Instagram rant, AOC took on southern red states and said that they need to be liberated. She said that some Senators should resign as they do not belong in Congress. She railed against Trump's Cabinet and said that all Trump supporters are either with the people or with the mob.
Jared shares that the rhetoric she is sharing is dangerous. It continues to promote a divisive message against conservatives. She said that conservatives were lying and spreading disinformation, as she also claimed that President Trump gave an order for people to storm the Capitol. Trump did not do such a thing, but there are no outlets fact-checking or labels on AOC's statements.
She went on to talk about law enforcement and how those Capitol police officers were brave, but then she calls many of them hypocrites and accuses them of aiding the mob. She has often claimed police are systemic racists and white supremacists. Yet, she had no complaints when they protected her as she said she feared for her life. Jared shares that the message she is sharing is elitist and an insult to law enforcement around the country.
Jared then talks about recent statements AOC made to control the media and 'deradicalize' conservatives. She said that the government should control misinformation, like the misinformation that AOC is spreading. She said that federal funds should be dedicated to the oversight of Trump supporters and an attempt to reprogram them for society. In other words, she wants to silence opposing viewpoints right after she has claimed to value them.
The agenda that AOC and the left are pushing for is dangerous and it's an agenda that they will continue to push Joe Biden to pursue. He has surrounded himself with these radicals and the country is left in the hands of moderates, like Joe Manchin, to save us from utter destruction.
