Because most of my listeners
Are into fitness.
Now I will be discussing the place you must be
in mentally in order to look your best, but to look your best for the rest of your life!
If you don’t operate under this mentality your
results will be temporary.
You will not be proud to see yourself in the mirror?
You not going to be able to show up for your family/
kids?
Your life is going to be spent doing things half assed?
So, you need to start becoming solution focused
Not problem focused!!
You then can learn to earn the right to being proud of who you are becoming.
Because squad the results I teach to my clients I
want them to be lifelong changes.
In fitness real fitness, not this TikTok, fad diets,
Leto, bullshit of a quick fix.
There is no such thing as a quick fix,
I want to touch this a bit like in anything in your life
When is buying a house quick, when is buying a
Car quick, when is getting a promotion quick,
When is watching your kids grow up quick??
They never are!! But when people start a fitness
journey you think it can be done in 3 months
Or my favorite they expect results to come easy
To them!!
One more of my favorites, since we’re on the subject:
“How long do you think it will take”
“I need to lose this 30 pounds by xyz date”
Those people already lost!
Because the real job as a coach is teaching all clients how to maintain the results you got
For years to come!!
Yes, this might be a school to some people.
I am discussing this because I was reflecting on two clients of mine one male and one female
And in the male experienced a pain point supplemented it for alcohol and what we did was
got rid of his shitty habits, to help him show the fuck up for who he wanted to be.
And the woman was experiencing a bad break up, and went down a dark path, drugs, hurt herself, just a dark place and seeing her show up for her kid,
become a better mother, and completely change her identity like that’s beyond the goal.
That’s bigger than just the gym.
