In part 2,  Coach J tries to flip the script on Ben by putting the example into a Variable Ops scenario.  Again,  both GMan and Ben share their intense opinions on how leaders should lead.  Ben gets pi$$ed when Coach J and GMan make the excuse of stereotyping the younger generations as “millennials…They’re just millennials.”  All three finally agree on one thing about the young manager, he needs to follow the lessons of leadership and hierarchy.  Last,  the GMan finally confesses to one last thing.  Hint…Ben HATES participation ribbons.
