Bill is the founder and publisher of InnerChild Press a subsidiary of Inner Child Enterprises. Bill is a Pulitzer Prize Nominee in both 2016 and 2019 for Poetry and the Poet Laureate of The Kosovo International Poetry Festival recipient of The Golden Grape Award.
