How to stay consistent??
It starts with a vision?
-
When you look into the future, can you see who you will become?
Can you see who will be with you?
Will that life you see, will it be an exciting one?
-
Now it’s important, to understand this when you're looking into the future,
you need to take responsibility to become that kind of person that
can produce those results.
-
Which brings us into today's Point 1:
The Mindset of being consistent.
-
You can’t be consistent until you raise your standards.
Now when I talk about standards, I mean “should vs must”.
I teach this to my clients, because think about some point in time you raised your
Standards and your quality of life got better.
-
Example: Your physical body is a reflection of your standards.
It’s not your goals
Not your desires.
It’s simple, if you have a body your upset with your standards are to low.
Look at the standards of an athlete, the muscle is there and you will do anything to maintain that.
Athletes lock into who they are, and their body reflects that.
If you're overweight, your standards are too low, you “complain your big
Boned” and that story you tell yourself is why you will stay there.
Another example:
Someone that works out 5 times a week, do they have more time than you???
Hell No!!
Everyone has 24 hours, but their standards are so high that working out
5 times a day is a must!
-
You don’t need to workout 5 times a day, but whatever you want to do!
Understand this:
“”WANTS DO NOT GET MEET CONSISTENTLY”.
Standards do!
-
Instead of a goal of losing 10 pounds, was to get back to my fighting weight,
This year let's transform my body, I will find the technique to feel alive, and strong.
When you look in the mirror I want to look YEAH!! Not hide or feel negative.
-
Now Point 2: The Strategy
By raising your standards the keys to staying consistent is:
is staying hungry!
Being consistent comes down to hunger.
How bad do you want to be great,
How bad do you want to transform your body
How bad do you want to win!
-
Now how can someone get hungry:
The first step is to create an intense desire to get what you want!
You want this transformation so bad, that you will do anything to get
It.
So, they key to getting hungry is to know what you want, and to be
Okay to allow yourself that desire.
Because unfortunately most people fail on a fitness journey because they are afraid of letting themselves down, because they have done it in the past.
There is no hunger because we are afraids of it not working out.
Being consistent means you are hungry for change.
Clients:
What do you want???
I have strategies, and actually ask my online clients what they want every single week!!
My Clients if you are complaining to anyone, i'm tired, and can’t eat, and my body isn’t transforming.
I have other clients putting in work and changing, let this be the kick in the ass
To get starving, and earn your transformation.
This is one of my top traits I look for when taking on new clients,
How bad do you want it!
Understand this when starting a fitness journey you want to outlast- not outwork!
