We are all caught up in the world’s concepts of what is “good” and what is “bad”. God’s concepts are almost always the opposite.

Secular counselors will argue that the deep problems in our personalities and our behavior are the direct result of traumas or abuses or rejections in our childhood.

We need not disagree. What they overlook, however, is that the negative traits those incidents produced are character in the making.
