So my topic on such a high-vibrating, grateful day is my favorite topic, gratitude. And I want to talk to you about the miraculous power of gratitude because we don't necessarily think a lot about gratitude.

We might just take it for granted. We may not understand the power of it, biologically speaking, physically and emotionally speaking.

There's a full range of science studying the power of gratitude from neuroscience, heart science and positive psychology. I have so much to say about gratitude, but I am going to put them all in three ideas.
