Within hours, her phone went silent. Jessica never returned home, never showed up for work, and never contacted her family again.

When investigators retraced her final movements, their search led them to the home of Christopher Edwards — the man Jessica had planned to see that night. Inside Edwards’ bedroom, detectives discovered something that would dramatically change the direction of the investigation: blood belonging to Jessica O’Grady. Blood on the mattress, blood on the walls, blood on a weapon, and blood later identified inside the trunk of Edwards’ vehicle.
