2. Train your mind

Peace isn’t found in what enters your mind, it’s found in what you allow to stay.
A simple habit to create is to ask:
“What am I thinking right now?”
“Is this thought helpful or true?”
“Do I want to keep thinking this?”
Philippians 4:8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
Peace is not just something you pray for, it’s something you practice.

3. Cultivate your soul
Galatians 5:22-23 But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!
