In this episode, our Host Natalie goes up against the common phrase “Ready is a lie”. As conscious leaders, it’s so important to take time to be intentional and clear. Just like the name of this podcast - the next conscious leader is someone who is self-aware and has invested in their growth to be able to then turn around and make the change they are here to make. Make your impact, do the dang thing, and know there is nothing wrong with taking time to be intentional!
