Romero also recently flew to New Mexico to train with former champ Jones.
Tony Ferguson hurt, out of fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov — A Khabib Nurmagomedov was scrapped due to injury and it wasn't him that was forced out of the matchup. Nurmagomedov and Ferguson were set to headline UFC on FOX 19 later this month but "El Cucuy" recently suffered an injury. Who will replace him, if anyone?
The Ultimate Fighter 24 — The 24th installment of The Ultimate Fighter will feature flyweights with the winner getting a UFC title shot against the 125-pound champion at the end of the year.
UFC Fight Night 86 — UFC Fight Night 86 goes down this weekend from Zagreb, Croatia and features a heavyweight fight between Ben Rothwell and Junior Dos Santos.
