Burnout is not just a business problem
Burnout is a state of chronic stress that can lead to physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion. It can happen to anyone, but it's becoming increasingly common in the Christian community.
There are a number of reasons why burnout is happening to so many Christians. One reason is that we're often putting too much pressure on ourselves to be perfect. We feel like we have to be everything to everyone, and we don't know how to say no.
Another reason is that we're often not taking enough time for ourselves. We're so busy serving others that we forget to take care of ourselves.
Burnout is not just a personal problem. It's also a church problem. When Christians are burned out, they're not able to serve the church effectively. They're not able to be the people God created them to be.

April 03, 2023 My Thoughts on the Asbury Revival | Was it real revival?
Revival has taken on many terms in our modern society. Revival can be an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, it can be a set weeklong meeting, it can be worship filled services that go beyond a single day, or it can be something that an individual experiences personally! So many things. Nick's initial reaction on Asbury was to wait and see. If lives were changed, people came to Christ, and there was legitimate long-term implications; then Nick believes this was a true revival. While there are other signs and indications of revival taking place, the term is thrown around in so many instances it becomes confusing.
