What does it mean to be a citizen in today's America? What does it mean to participate in society? In this episode we get into these heavy questions with The Paraclete who has written a book called The Modern Citizen. He's advocating for a new kind of citizenship that is more personal, less dependent, and, at least in his view, more prosperous. I will say that I agree with very little of what he says but it is good for us all to hear different sides.
