In this episode, I discuss how psionic-inducing techniques and weapons are being used on members of the population. I also discuss how NHI are able to use their consciousness to manipulate humans. I discuss the broader implications of this by citing how our minds are vulnerable in this respect and how much other people/being's projections, thoughts, and emotions can affect our sense of self and place in reality.
