Ashley tells us her NIL story, explaining how she organically built her brand on social media, creating content for herself that people have naturally latched onto. Ashley has specifically built her brand through YouTube, due to the lack in time constraints, which is a platform that she believes more athletes should be taking advantage of! Welcome back

We got to hear Jason’s story, from playing QB1 at Westminster, to 20+ years in administrative roles at high D1 universities, such as Illinois and Pitt, Jason has now found himself back in New Wilmington as Director of Athletics. Although Jason fancies himself somewhat old school, he knows in his role he has to adapt to change. No greater change than what came a month prior to Jason’s hiring in 2021 - NIL. We asked Jason why he wanted to get involved with NIL and what led to his decision of choosing MOGL as Westminster’s NIL platform. We also talk the future for Westminster athletics, the future for ADs, what Jason would tell his 23 year old self, and more!
