The Momentum Replay Series: Your 3 Step Guide to Practicing Mindful Self-Compassion – Masterclass Episode

Listen Later

The Momentum Replay Series replays our top episodes so that you have the chance to catch episodes you missed, and refresh on others. The idea is to support you more regularly as you take charge of 2023 (through whatever challenges may arise). Here's to health, wealth and wisdom on this heartfelt path of yours.
This episode is a Masterclass on Mindful Self-Compassion. The idea of the episode was to provide a more concise introduction to the practice of self-compassion, in a way that integrates the kindly attention you can cultivate through a mindfulness practice. To really bolster the masterclass element and include a visual component, it was first offered as a Facebook live – which you can watch here.
The hope of this episode is that it will enrich the wisdom of the other episodes in Season 1 – and a workbook has been developed to further the depth of your learnings in this area. To access the workbook, sign up to be a #wellnesswarrior and it will get sent out to you in the next couple of days.
