As a youngster Ashley Malfitano watched her mother build a business.  She saw the hard work, dedication and desire that was required in a business owner. 

Ashley developed a desire to go into merchandising and set her path in that direction.

After college she continued to learn.   As you'll hear in her own words, she received a "free education" working various corporations.   She enjoyed her experiences in "Corporate America" but realized that it is a hard place to be while growing a family.

She in charge of her own time and schedule as a "mompreneur".
