Dr. Spath is a mother, wife, and a primary care physician trained in internal medicine. Even with supposedly having everything, she found herself deep in student debt and poor well-being. Although reluctant at first, Dr. Spath found the utility of frugality, and she looks back on it as the best thing that happened for her family! In only a year and a half, $208k in student loans went completely paid off. Since then, her and her husband have quickly found their way to financial freedom. Dr. Spath also took initiative and created a blog to reflect on her journey and empower other physicians.
