According to reports from CNN... there have been 36 mass shootings in America since New Year. Most recently, a gunman killed 10 and wounded 10 more at a Dance Studio in California. After a manhunt and a second shooting attempt, the shooter was disarmed by a group of people before he fled and eventually took his own life. John Huber, Former US Attorney for the District of Utah joins the show to discuss if there is a good method for authorities to identify these types of people.
