On November 3rd, The Moonlighters' Club held its 1st showcase in Baltimore, at Mobtown Brewing. Six local entrepreneurs took the stage to explain what it’s like to grow their own business while working a full-time job. Each speaker took us on a journey that explained how their entrepreneurial and artistic skills were formed and what obstacles they overcame to see their ideas come to fruition. On this night, we learned about the person behind the brand. This showcase was sponsored by DripFixx. A graduate of Coppin St., Shep hit the music scene then pivoted to event planning. He now owns his own branding company and event series that brings people together for coffee-fueled fun.

Meet Ryan Hargrave. Ryan is a friend of the club and a frequent guest at our live showcases. A few years ago, Ryan was working at an insurance start-up in the Boston area. He created a podcast called People After the Hustle (PATH) to share the stories of formerly incarcerated folks and their journeys from prison back to society. Ryan has since relocated to Brooklyn where he's loving life. He's got a new gig , living in a new city and enjoying every second of it.
