Here’s a quick checklist for you:

• Signs (reserved signs, table numbers, bar signs, seating charts, directional signs, etc.
• Plates, utensils, and napkins for your desserts and/or appetizers
• Items for the ring bearer, flower girl, etc. Check with your venue on what’s allowed or required!
• Marriage license (and get it SIGNED and SENT!)
• Wedding day task list (send us a message if you’d like a free downloadable copy!)
• Compile a list of must-have photos for your photographer
• Hire a bussing service. Your family will not bus tables, trust us.
• Hire a coordinator. Your aunt Susan is great and we love her, but she can’t do it like a professional can.
