The most effective method of learning and teaching is by example. If you have watched many of my vlogs, listened to my podcast, or read my blog posts I try to teach by example. However, I didn't always have this view regarding teaching or leadership in general. Most of my life I was exposed to a more authoritative approach to teaching. In other words, do as I do because of the position I hold in society. It wasn't until I started creating screen-capture tutorials online that I witnessed the power of teaching by example.
