Leadership guru Mac Lake describes it like this: “To lead from a place of overflow, you have to live from the practice of intake.” Jesus describes it like this: "Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing."
