Happy Wednesday!

In today's episode I will be diving into the 4th trimester and sharing my personal experience to help new mamas learn about what to expect. Not many women will have heard about the 4th trimester but it's a crucial time, the first 12 weeks after giving birth will test you but try to find the beauty in the mundane daily tasks and if you're struggling know that it won't always be that way and will pass. Motherhood is a roller coaster and constantly changing, the more you experience the more confident you become in your abilities and the more you'll flourish!
