In today's episode we dive into my birth story, this was a hard podcast episode for me to film as I struggle with the trauma that came from the birth of my daughter. I was hesitant to share about my plan to have an unassisted birth but I think it's important that I share it all, I started this wanting to be as honest as possible so I have decided that is something I will always do.

I hope you enjoyed today's episode - It will be one of the last in depth videos on my story and going forward we will be diving into topics surrounding motherhood and I am so excited for this.
