The Motivating Architect started off as a way to help recent professionals and students. Because of this, I felt it was necessary to speak to a couple things that are extremely important.

Depression and Anxiety. Sure we hear about this all the time and you will hear people mention a million ways to help get rid of it.

But that is the problem! There is no reason to look to get rid of these emotions. These feelings are no different than feeling happy or joyful. What is seriously needed is to learn to accept these feelings and manage them!

LETS REBOOT!

The reason this podcast was ever started was because, I was approached on countless occasions from my colleagues, friends and family about how I have overcome and managed to stay positive and motivated.

Why is it that failures has been associated negatively with our successes?

Why do people stop pushing themselves to achieve their desires because of the fear of failure?

It has began to bother me more and more because I witness so many brilliant people, pulling back on their dreams because they are afraid to fail.

But think of this; there was a person that defined fear to have a negative perception. So why don’t we redefine the word and look at failures as an amazing companion to our successes?

Without failure, you will never have “appreciated success”. Begin to have a positive relationship with failure because it will push you further and make everything you are striving for so much sweeter.
