What can you do that is small but has a significant impact? How can you invest in your team members by taking small actions?

Always remember, life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it.

This week, my friends, choose to respond with grace, courage, and an unwavering belief in your ability to overcome. Your true strength lies right there.

Answer these questions: 

❔How do you react to change? 

❔Do you face change with an open mind, or are you stuck with the mindset I’ve always done it this way? 

❔Are you bold enough to stand up for what you have done but able to open your mind to the changing waves?

Remember, you must only change who you are for the better, continuously working towards your purpose and vision. Most importantly, do not let personal differences or threats get in your way. Know how to be influential “THE RIGHT WAY” and not through negative actions. 

Do you find yourself in a comfort zone, not sure what to do or where to go? Embrace this phase and relax. Evaluate your career and personal goals that will lead you to take action and take the step outside of your comfort zone.

Can you be an influence? Of course! Remember, being an influence is largely impacted by what you do!
