  • Diamond Light Meditation - Anchoring in your soul

As part of what I spoke about in last Sundays YouTube Live, see link:

    https://youtu.be/0BkdSmpucoo

I was offered insight as to the need for each person to really anchor in their light by working with the individual diamond light matrix as well as the global diamond light matrix. The building of this matrix is fundamental to embodying the soul and anchoring in the very powerful light energies that are coming in at present. If you are any comments or questions please email me on [email protected] and please watch the video, link above if you haven't already, perhaps before you actually step into this meditation. In this way, you will understand more of this frequency, with blessings, and as always, my work is offered for your healing and highest good, Lisa-Jane

  • For anyone new to meditation and coherent breathing this is an ideal starting point
This meditation should be listened to as a starting point if you are new to meditation. It explains my beliefs of what meditation entails and where you need to be focusing your attention. It is also an introductory session to the concept of coherent breathing which I use in all of my meditations. As always it is offered with the intention for your highest good and healing, with blessings Lisa-Jane

  • Meditation to connect with the nurturing energies of the Earth during COVID
Although I use words to pass on my message of healing and transformation, it is often the energy I am channeling during the recording, which is of most benefit. This meditation connects with Mother Earth to allow you to offer healing to your physical body, but know that in listening to it, you are indeed receiving an energetic transmission direct from her heart centre. As always, this is offered for your highest good and healing, with love and blessings Lisa-Jane

  • Visual scanning - A meditation to offer healing for any physical ascension symptoms
This meditation uses the heart energy field of your physical body and that of the earth's heart energy to create a healing field. I offer a guided meditation to assist in your connection to your higher mind and that of the energy field around you. Note: I don't edit my recordings even if there are some sound blipses since I channel the information and want to share the energy as it first appeared to me. Pleaee excuse me on that. As always, this meditation is offered for your highest good and healing, with blessings Lisa-Jane

  • Stepping into Freedom - a short dialogue
I feel the need to share with you my strong spiritual messages that are coming through at present. This is not a formal platform, but rather a place, that as soon as I am guided to do so, I will talk and share. Freedom is our birthright, and truth will set you free. With blessings Lisa-Jane
