On February 23, 2020, a young black man went jogging. As he was jogging he decided to stop and look inside a house that was under construction. A house that many other people adult and kids a like had went inside and looked around. But for some reason this young man was different. Two men decided to call police and at the same time take the matter into their own hands when they got in a truck with guns and hunted the young man down. What happens next opens the discussion of were they protecting the neighborhood, or was there another reason?
