Jaime Gouge was killed by his good friend Michael Hernandez. 

Serial Killers fascinated Michael Hernandez so much so that he wanted to be one. He practiced on Jaime Gouge by taking him to a large stall on the second floor and stabbing him forty times and slitting his throat.
