When a four-year-old boy is discovered deceased in a neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, his case quickly gathers attention in the surrounding Philadelphia area. But, without a name, the case goes cold for decades. With advancements in DNA testing, his name has recently been given back to him.
