18 year old Victoria Barrios was shot and killed on August 30, 2019 in San Ana, California. Police believe it was a drive by shooting (gang related) where unfortunately, Victoria and her friend were the unintended victims. Surveillance footage was released showing a maroon or red colored SUV that allegedly was responsible for her death.
